Jeff Peddar is an AFAA certified personal trainer, a former U.S. Marine, and the owner Peddar Fitness. He has his bachelors degree in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at Umass Amherst. Jeff served in the Marine Corps from 2002-2010. He was a (1345) Heavy Equipment Operator, a Platoon Sergeant, and a Combat Fitness Instructor. During his service he deployed to Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005 and 2009-2010. Jeff began working in fitness shortly before he joined the Marines in 2002. Since then, he has gained 14 years of unique and diverse experience in training, nutrition and mind/body wellness. He also holds a patent to a core exercise device called the "AbSolution" that he invented in college and will be bringing to market this summer. To date, Jeff has worked with over 3000 clients including training 100's of Marines for training and combat duties. His clients have ranged from 12-95 years old and have covered every degree of fitness and ability from professional athlete to general wellness/maintenance goals and every injury, limitation, disability, prehab and rehab out there. Every person and situation is unique and Jeff adapts his training style to specifically suit each individuals needs and goals. Because there is no typical client, there cannot be a typical workout! Jeff is all about building trusting relationships, helping anyone of any ability with a goal in mind, and building others confidence in themselves and their abilities/capabilities.
Erika Sawyer is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach and Barre instructor certified through International Sports Science Association. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts and is currently pursuing a Master Trainer certification through the ISSA. Erika is a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, She played Division I ice hockey for Sacred Heart University, and Northfield Mount Hermon Prep School. Her methods are derived from a variety of influences such as yoga, barre, pilates, calisthenics, strength training and metabolic conditioning.
Erika has experience working with a diverse group of clients in a one-on-one setting, as well as group fitness activities. She has helped many clients of different ages, backgrounds, strengths and abilities to meet their specific fitness goals. Erika meets clients where they are in their fitness journey and addresses specific client needs related to sports injuries, and a variety of physical and mental health conditions. She is a reliable, responsible and attentive coach with a dedication to client achievement, healthy living and positive body image. Erika has had lots of success working with clients who are brand new to fitness as well as seasoned athletes. She has worked with clients from age 11- 91 and would welcome the opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals
Mark Stavropulosis an AFAA certified personal trainer and small group class instructor. He has a degree in Business Managenment and has been training for over 6 years now. He is dedicated to helping his clients reach their individual goals. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, cycling, tennis, golf, as well as weight training and circuit training. His focus as a trainer is on proper form during exercise, applying the right amount of resistance to ensure you get a challenging workout, and guidance for fitness, nutrition, and much more. As a certified personal trainer, he is in an ideal position to help you live your life in a healthy manner, guiding you toward the ultimate goal of wellness.
