This high intensity, fast paced, full body class really gets your blood pumping.  Our BOOT CAMP class changes daily and puts you through a variety of circuits using several types of equipment (TRX, Bosu, Steps, Free weights, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, Monkey Bars and more).  Each class has minimal rest periods and is specifically designed to challenge participants of all ages and abilities, encourage you to push beyond your comfort zones.  Progress is achieved through hard work and perseverance!
